Placing this in conjunction with NativTxn's "Hiders and Seekers UNLIMITED" contest. Though, there is not a requirement to place one, I know some local cachers have found all the local webcams. Sort of hoping, at least one other person places a new one and saves me a trip to SE PA for a GC.com webcam.
This is located at the Jeong Kim Engineering Building on the campus of the University of Maryland at College Park. I wasn't an engineering student, but believe I had some classes in this building - though, it has been remodeled, since.

Logging Requirements: 1) Visit the given coordinates and work with a friend or use your smart phone / tablet / laptop to save a picture of yourself visible on the webcam image. Include this image with your log. Please try to stand as close as you can (bottom left in in the image above), so we can see you better.
Check before you go. If webcam is inoperable, please plan to return when it is working. That is part of the challenge of a webcam cache.
