This is the WCNC TV Tower, built in 1992. There are four towers in top 20 tallest towers in North Carolina right here within sight of each other in the Dallas area of Gaston County. This tower being the 8th tallest in the state at 600m (1968ft). 57th tallest in the country.
Coords will take you to the gate. They do now allow you to drive any closer to the tower, but you will have a great view from here. This site also appears to feature a doppler radar tower.
On the white sign in blue lettering, there is a 7 digit number on the first line (not a phone number) that you will need to enter for the password to log this cache.
