In an area that has many historical markers, and this area caught my eye. Upon a closer inspection the item had more to reveal. If you are visiting the area stop in the nearby park by the fountain for a minute to cool off.
This is a fairly easy cache, but you will need to gather some information for the log password. The code will be in the form of AABBB, where AA is the first two letters of the sculptors last name and BBBB is what appears all over the item. I used capital letters, but lowercase seem to work as well (thanks Mr. Yuck).
