This cache will take you one of the oldest Cemetery's in Western New York. There are many interesting sites to see. The resting place of Joseph Ellicott 1760–1826 He laid out not only Batavia but the City of Buffalo and was one of the first judges in the state. More info can be found here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Ellicott_(1760-1826)

You can also find a near by cache GCM983 This is the monument to William Morgan who exposed and then was murdered by area Free Masons

Another is the final resting place of Confederate Maj Philemon Tracy Killed in action at Sharpsburg MD 17 Sept 1862. The cache is a decon container marked with the OCUS logo. It should be a pretty easy find. Absolutely no night caching! I hope you enjoy this peaceful place like I do.
