I visited this memorial on the way home from Charlotte and thought I'd create a virtual since the BIT cache that was nearby was missing. If it is replaced, you'll have a chance to make 2 finds while visiting the site.
There are a number of Munzees between the two rest areas, including one I deployed. Also, sfcchaz is working on a TerraCaching virtual.
It is about a 900 foot walk from the northbound parking and less from the southbound area.
LOGGING REQUIREMENTS: The listed coordinates will take you to the entry to the memorial. Acording to the marker there, more then AB hundred North Carolinians were killed or missing in the Vietnam War.From there, you'll need to make your way to the wall and find the wall. Find the ADDENDA list (those added to the wall after the initial creation). Find the 5th veteran listed under the ADDENDA brink and use that veteran's full middle name as C. Log Password is ABC.
