I was in the area a while back attending an event and came across this nice memorial. I decided that I should bring some attention to it. There is plenty of free, public parking very nearby.
You must visit this site in person and post a picture of you and/or you GPSr with the memorial in the background. Please don't expose the log password.
There is a log password required to log this cache as found. On the opposite side of the picture below, near the street, there is a small stone with a plaque of a sailing boat on it. Below the boat there is another plaque with the name of this cache on it. Log password is the 10th word, 4th line.
There is also a benchmark very nearby. Look for the historical sign (see picture below) at the small bridge at the road. At the corner of the bridge nearest the sign, embedded in the ground, is the benchmark.
