Cache is located within the Windrock OHV area and requires purchase of a land use permit.

This cache is in the area of an old coal tipple. Miners would dump their coal into this and then the tipple would tip and pour coal in train cars or trucks.

You must descend from Trail 11 and down to the lower area. Cache consist of plastic container with log sheets, pencils, and giveaways.
