Found once before. But saw this on this site. It was like finding a new cache as its placement and container has been changed over time a little. 

...Once again we change the container, and moved the cache closer to the parking lot. No need to go to the trees by the fence. This is a NEW container and a little different from those that have been here previously.

8/22/18 Once again we had to change the container and move the location. Still a typical hide. No need to leave the payment. Enjoy

And I followed through on my threat! Thanks for listing it here, I no longer use Geocaching.com, and only roll with the alternative sites these days. I actually just followed the arrow while driving, and ended up on the wrong side! I can't possibly be the first person to do that! So I got back in the car, and drove around. I left 2 of our OpencachingNA pathtags. TFTC.

Admin Mr.Yuck was looking at this for an upcoming trip through the area, and noticed there was a coordinate change in 2015 on Geocaching.com (about 40 feet). Updated coordinates!

3195 / 81.  Was out with cycleangela for CAM, TC, & OCNA caches between SoMD and the Fredericksburg area, today.  Found this one and "Our Family Tree" on our way north and back home, before it started getting dark.

I'll admit that I was a little surprised that the contents were all quite dry and in good shape.  Often these containers had have / develop issues.  All good for now, though.
