We drove to Belle Isle today with the intention of grabbing this webcam cache and found the GZ to be entirely fenced and under construction with the ground cleared. However, the webcam was still operating and I managed to stand outside the fence and get within view of the webcam as documented in the attached photos. The zoom was not particularly sharp, but that's the way it was. The arrow points to me. We noticed a lot of abandonment and dissarray around the island, and hopefully this is being rectified with some of the construction. Many thanks!
