Park is temporarily closed due to flood waters. Will have to check the container when levels go down. Luckily, this one is anchored.

We made the hike to GZ this afternoon in the hottest part of the day. I am not sure how hot it was as the thermometer was missing from the cache. But the temperature could be equated to about three sweat drops every five seconds. SL. TFTC.

Stopped along the way at a couple of other caches so that Betty could find them. Had a great hike along the trail to the rocky area where the cache was hidded. We ran up on a pretty big copper head snake laying on the trail about half way to GZ. He quickly moved off the trail and we continued on our way. Needless to say we were really careful looking around all the rocks thinking we may find another snake. The temp was about 75 and it was a little cloudy this morning. SL TFTC

Thanks for taking me here Mom. It's a neat place. 75 degrees, clear. The cold front is starting to blow in, though. We left a travel bug.
