The cache is not at the posted coordinates!
But these coordinates are a great place to park to visit Joe's Crab Shack in the Central Park area of Fredericksburg, Virginia,
right next to Interstate 95. Since a relative of the Cachew Knutz used to work at this restaurant, we ate there fairly often and recommend it highly.
In fact, the password to log your find of this cache is the name of that waitress we used to ask for to get the best crabs and service that could be had.
So, to start, park your car in the favorite parking spot of the Cachew Knutz at the posted coordinates. From there step onto the adjacent sidewalk and walk toward the front of the restaurant, but, before getting there, enter the corral. Once in the corral climb the flight of stairs and at the top of the stairs make a right and descend the steps on the other side. Hidden under the highest of those steps, you will find a BIT that tells you the name of our favorite former Joe's waitress (and the password to enter to log the find!)
