There is no cache at the above coordinates; they are in the middle of the main drag (Niagara Falls Boulevard), a couple miles from my house. You will often see the vehicle in question (a Toyota Echo) in that neighborhood. I just grabbed the coordinates from a nearby Geocaching.com parking lot micro, and adjusted them to be in the middle of the road.
This is a BIT Cache, located somewhere on the vehicle. Copy down the log password and the URL for the cache page to log it. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the tag to go right to the cache page on your smartphone. That is not an invitation to thumb out a "TFTC" only smartphone log on me though. 
Mr. Yuck is known to change vehicles frequently (all while Mrs. Yuck drives new vehicles, and gets a new one every 4 years or so), so grab this one while you can!! Should I feel the need to get rid of this thing anytime soon, I will archive this listing and make the "new" vehicle a BIT Cache. I've been motoring around in this Echo for about 6 months, as of the date of the cache submission.
