I enjoy a cache that brings me to an interesting place - this is one of those. The Matthews Community Farmers Market offers tons of terrific local produce, plants, meat, cheese, baked goods, crafts, and just about anything else you can think of. Cooking demonstrations by local chefs are also common, as well as entertainment from local musicians. Come for the cache while the market is open and you'll be back!
At the posted coordinates you will find a sign that mentions the year that the Matthews Farmers Market was established. To log this cache, enter that year in the password section of your log. The Market is only open on Saturdays from 8am - noon, but the sign is accessible any time.
