Park on the side of the road and walk up to Cartoon Arch, which consists of a very small hole, prior to it and on the right is a panel with a human stick figure (probably not prehistoric). Behind this outcrop and at the base of the mesa is another small arch that I call Loonhead Arch. Not too much longer this little arch will collapse.
