Only there isn't one here. No place to shop either. What gives?

Before you ask me to check my coordinates...I already have and you are in the right place. It's there someplace nearby.
I have done this cache before but had to remove it as it caused a disturbance. With no shops associated this one should be fine and few will take notice of you. Occassionally there is a car wash or food truck on the site but they should be out of your way for a complete search of the area.
