This could be a quick park and grab if done the right way.

Bring your own pen or pencil. It is located near a very cool place where many gather at times and chat or gossip. I can be found here often since it is one of my fav. hangouts. In the summer months this can also be a very busy area with lots of muggles sitting outside enjoying the sun. Be a Stealth at all times.
