Founder's Park is a city park in Farmington Hills, Michigan. It is a large sports park with a number of soccer and baseball fields, in addition to an ice arena and skateboard park. I have watched many soccer games here. The park closes at dusk. The information sign did not indicate an opening time but it would be safest to assume it does not open until after dawn. The cache is in a wooded area. However, there is a disc golf course through the woods so be aware of watchers. The cache is in a camo painted small Rubbermaid Easy Find (I like the name) container with a log book and some trade items. Please bring your own pencil or pen. Please be sure to restore the hiding place in a similar condition.
My seven year old son and I placed two caches and played some baseball. It was a good day.
This cache is accessible with some snow on the ground. It will not be accessible if there is a lot of snow on the ground. During the winter, the parking lot is limited to the paved area near the ice arena.
