The cache is outside of the fence. There is no need to cross the fence, but if the local establishment is open, there is a good parking just inside the fence. I was given permission to place one here. The shrubs were in full purple bloom when I placed it and there were large carpenter bees around. So be aware if you are here a few days after a rain. Due to the drought, there was NO water in the pond. I hope that changes soon!
