While searching for the cache I was acosted by an office worker of the nearby facility. I gave her one of my wooden nickels and gave her my 3 minutes spiel on the sport. She seem impressed and satisfied. After a while the owner came out with not a happy look on his face. I asked him to assist me in the search which invitation he declined. He did not get the benefit of my speech. Anyway, he returned to the office; I found the cache; and off i drove in my trusty cachemobile.

This cache an another OCNA has unofficially broken my streak of not finding caches. Even though this "does not count" for my geocaching.com streak, it feels good to get a cache.

I was hopeful I could snag my third GCGC contest token, but there was none here.

These are fun caches - I know exactly what to look for, yet it still takes a while to spot.

Found after the movies. I found the Man of Steel first and then with kids complaining went to search for this in the dark. I had my flashlight and I knew what I was looking for.

Was down from Maryland with sfcchaz for a (mostly) alt-caching run thru Charlotte. This was day two, after a surprisingly well attended 0630 (AKA o'dark thirty) event at Krispy Kreme (maybe that explains it).

We had a great time and definitely plan to make a return trip some time.

DudleyGrunt and I came down to North Carolina to seek some OCNA caches. They are many, many OCNA caches in the Charlotte area and we wanted to seek them during the current contest going on the OCNA site.

Today I found 45 OCNA cahes, 5 Groundspeak caches, 1 GPSgames.org cache , 1 Opencaching.com cache and several possible Terracaching.com locationless caches.

We found several of these in all 3 "SNOW" series. Thanks for the series. TFTC

Off on a run to find GC cache Hunger Games with FA/AM/GH95 and decided we had time to stop by here real quick before heading over to the park. Now that we are getting the hang of these they don't take too terribly long to find, yet the search is still fun since you never know exactly where or what kind of camo. Glad we came when the business was closed, this would have been impossible otherwise.

Ha! Another OCUS FTF - how sweet it is! I managed to work this cache into my afternoon, and the camo plus the afternoon shade created a sneaky little hide here, but I prevailed. Thanks TH for another nice cache close to my backyard.
