The Water tower is not much to see today with the freezing fog surrounding it!

3488. Fore! Really enjoy this series and know which tower will be my first in a series up here. There is an old Travenol tower in Savage, near what used to be a harness racing track - now a shoping center.

On a road trip up to Concord Mills with geohound and wanted to grab two quick caches along the way up. Thanks to the last one we did, we pretty much knew exactly where to look for this one once we parked and saw where the GPS pointed us. For this artistic picture I wanted to show how dirty the underside was, but the sun position kinda washed out the picture. So instead, I call this one Ant View. And that is a golf ball on a tee ready to be struck. Thanks for bringing us here TH.
