Found on the way back from my trip in the dark (last find of the night). Not too many people going in and out of here at this time fortunately, so didn't have to wait on but one car. Took a quick picture and was on my way. Love BIT caches, for the simple fact they prove you were there, without the owner having to go confirm signatures on a log. And typically they are cheap and low maintenance, but then there was my last attempt of the night. I did not see any water towers, but it was pitch dark. Sorry no pics for this one.
