Merry Christmas!

14 years and 1 day since the last log!

I hadn't planned on visiting NOLA today, but Mrs. sfcchaz wanted to visit with the hopes of a smaller crowd. That may or may not have been true, but the rain probably kept more people away. We got rained on for a solid 90 minutes while in the downtown area while we were seeking Terracaches on foot. To be fair, we didn't think it was going to start raining as early as it did.

I also grabbed a couple caches of opportunity in the Groundspeak game. But not as many as I had on the list, due to the rain. This one was a bonus cache as I didn't realize it existed until reading a log on the Terracaching site version of this cache.

This one was very tough as the picture of the crest is no longer on the cache page. I hope I got a shot of the right one. Going to try CCs until I get the correct one.

Went down to find this one before leaving the Quarter for the day.  The fountain wasn't flowing like I've seen it in the past.  Merry Christmas Eve!  We are in town from Snook, TX visiting relatives.
