3493. Wow, not FTF or even 2TF. Glad to see some action on this cache.
I'd done so many Water Tower Find (WTF) caches around Charlotte, that I just had to take a pic. Given how the CO found this park, perhaps he should get into placing some of his own WTF caches.

Another good OC cache. We had a long trip planned to Surf City and back to Charlotte over the weekend. Grabbing counties and grids for the GC DeLorme and County challenges. I wanted to grab at least one OC cache on this trip and told TermiteHunter where I was headed. He recommended this cache, so we went for it on the way home last night. I recognized your name and thought you were based in Raleigh until TH corrected me and said more towards Sanford. But glad we had this one along I-85 near Archdale. It was a relatively quick find after locating a trail. I found it on the ground and the log had been chewed by rodents. But the first page was fine so we were able to sign our names after TH's and I replaced the container where it belonged. All is well here. Thanks for the hide cclip!

On my way to Raleigh from Charlotte. A rare opportunity to find a real Opencache presented itself. I had to turn around and return to the proper exit to make my way to the cache passing a couple from the Big Site on the way. Pulled up to the empty facility and headed out to make the find. Couldn't fit anything I had in the container but I did sign the log as FTF.
My first OCus cache outside my normal hunting grounds which is populated mostly by my own caches.
