An easy webcam cache at the Harvy Andruss Library at Bloomsburg University. Take a photo of yourself in front of the webcam (take a screenshot on your smartphone or have a friend at a computer do it for you) and post it with your log to claim this find. There is ample lighting in the area to complete this cache at night. Logs without a webcam photo are invalid and may be deleted.
Since this cache is in a well-traveled area of a university campus, the area is paved and has wheelchair accessible ramps. Though the campus is a bit hilly, there is parking near the cache and it should be accessible for most people.

Be careful about parking. The University Police enforce parking on campus very strictly. Always park in a marked space, and do not park in areas not marked as public parking. Spaces and lots marked "Visitor" require a permit. There is a waypoint for a metered lot less than 100 meters from the cache that is okay to park in. As of the writing of this (December 6, 2016), parking is allowed anywhere on campus (including in lots that normally require a permit) from 5pm to 2am Monday through Thurday and from 5pm Friday until 2am Sunday, unless otherwise marked. Metered spaces are still enforced during these times. There is no parking on campus between 2am and 6am Monday through Thursday.
