This is, without a doubt, one of the best views in Hamilton. From here you can see over Lake Ontario and on most clear days the Toronto skyline is plainly visible. Come just before sunset, and witness the spectacular show as the sun reflects with amazing intensity off many tall buildings along the Lake Ontario shoreline.
When guests visit from out of town, we almost always bring them here to check out the view.
The cache is a small plastic tube, similar to a bison tube. Grey camo paint.
There is also a geocache on the same guardrail, listed on Geocaching.com. It's about 60 meters from this one, and is about 5 times larger, so there's probably little chance of getting the two confused. I recommend that you find both. See, now you have twice as many reasons to come here. And while you're up this way, you might as well stop in at Devil's Punchbowl Conservation Area. You'll be glad you did.
This will be our 10th cache published on Opencaching North America.
Oh yeah, don't even think about crossing that guardrail. There's no need.
