Seeing how we'll probably screw this up, here is another Opencaching moving cache as an example. http://coord.ch/OU00D1

Personally, the only 2 types of log that I, the cache owner, can post are comment and moved. I'm quite sure anyone who isn't the cache owner will have a 3rd option, found.
