The actual Visitor Center building is closed during the COVID-19 pandemic lock downs.

Since I'm sure no one is going to visit the NWVC area just for this one, I'm not going to disable, at this time. Hopefully, with things beginning to open more, it won't be long until they are open.

So, I wasn't able to confirm that the required information is still in place. I'm in process of trying to contact Amy Shoop or other staff.
