Yes, found on the way back from GeoWoodstock. You might want to edit the "short description", Busti is in New York, not Pa. 
This was an excellent memorial, thanks for pointing it out. Fallujah was indeed an ugly battle over in Iraq, many insurgents there. I'm the putz who told all of our party the wrong block, but I will blame that on viewing the cache page on my cell phone. Looked in the bushes briefly for the new Geocaching.com listing without coordinates thinking we might get lucky, but no dice. Thanks for this virtual cache.
