Lonely caches? It seems that most of the OCNA caches I've found have been lonely caches. Of the 16 non-challenge OCNA caches I've found, 12 were >1 year lonely - that 3/4 of them! And that's one of the things I enjoys about sites like OCNA and TerraCaching...it's all the more fun to make the find. And, for what it's worth, the only dnfs I've had so far were BIT caches. What I'm saying is that, in my experience, the cache containers don't all disappear after a year or so without a find (I know some won't go in search of a lonely alt-caching-site cache as they assume it is likely missing).

okay, let get to the numbers. So far, I have found OCNA caches that were lonely by 1 year (x4), 2 years (x2), 3 years (x4) and 4 years (x2). nice spread eh? now I just need to get a year 5 lonely cache ( and I know just where to find one, if I ever get there). Hint hint for another challenge idea (1 lonely cache for each of the 5 years)
